Healthy Eating

  1. We have to eat a lot of vegetables example cabbage , kang kung and kai lan and fruits example apples , banana and orange.
  2. Foods that contains fat and oil such as potato chips and fast foods.
  3. Eating healthily can help us to prevent diseases and will have more energy to do work.
  4. Examples are : anorexia and malnutrition.
  5. It provides us with the necessary nutrients that our body needs.
  6. Yes, there are many vitamins that is important for our body.
  7. I support the school campaign as fruits and vegetables are good for our body.
  8. Organise some games or assembly talks regarding the importance of eating healthy.
